Michael Carrigan is a long time peace, justice and environmental activist. He’s currently a community organizer with Community Alliance of Lane County's peace and shelter rights programs. In 2004 and 2008, he managed the campaign of City Councilor Andrea Ortiz. He was a staff person with Oregon Wild in the early nineties and was very active in the movement to save Oregon’s ancient forests. He’a a founding member of Beyond Toxics and served on their Board for 10 years.
